Happy May! Happy Monday! Happy New Moon tomorrow!
My ever beloved
challenged me to try and post at least twice each day of May on IG. The algorithm is changing, and there might be hope for smaller accounts. So… I’m trying, and it is coming out in the form of journaling and journal prompts.I am posting here on Substack each day on Notes, but I truly do not know if people see those if they aren’t on the app. I don’t actually know how Notes works. (I jus’a baby!) Everyone is busy and inundated with enough technology so I figured I’d do a round-up like I did in April with the affirmations.
What intentions are you setting for May? Why are they important? What are the first 3 steps for task initiation? What are the last 3 steps for task finalization?
Not everyone is going to need to talk about the initial and final tasks for their intentions, but as someone who has shaking executive functioning, it is an important scaffold for me and my neurodivergent brain. As always, take what resonates, leave what doesn’t.
How do I see myself reflected in those who frustrate or irritate me?
With Mars being in Aries, this feels extra poignant. When I wrote this one, I was about to burn every bridge in my life. Mars in Aries is always a rough transit for me. More on that coming on Friday.
What holds you back from fully expressing or processing your grief, rage, betrayal, or other intense feelings? Where do you feel safest expressing/processing these? When do you feel safest expressing/processing?
I’m telling you… Mars in Aries is kicking me while I’m already down and out.
What small thing(s) infuriates you? Why does it (do they) cause such a strong reaction?

What are some limiting beliefs you have? From where do they stem?

Thirdly, love the prompts 😍 Although to be honest I don’t like to journal on paper I do it in my head, I’m not sure that counts 😂
