Week 1 of Shadow Work Prompts
Firstly! Oh my goodness! Those kitties are so cute 🥰
Secondly, I don’t really look at notes because I don’t really understand what’s going on with them?!? I just tend to read the articles.
Thirdly, love the prompts 😍 Although to be honest I don’t like to journal on paper I do it in my head, I’m not sure that counts 😂
I suck at notes hahaha. It just feels random but I know that’s how growth works over here? Idk. I’m not good at the twitter style stuff.
I often do it in my head too 🫣 especially the heavy heavy stuff. I don’t want that dark stuff written down haha.
