I love the idea of keeping track of what brings you some joy, grounding, and general redirection of thought! Such a simple practice to integrate. And I think I'll try it. Plus, your junk journaling? On point.

I’m glad that your business is bringing you joy, your Group Coaching brings me joy too 💜

Other things that are bringing me joy and inspiration at the moment are…

Birds - I’m really enjoying listening and watching them from my window

Art/craft - I’m enjoying spending time creating, nothing fantastic just simple things like origami hearts, tin lamps and journal pages.

Astrology- I’ve returned to completing my natal chart journal and it has inspired me to delve into those areas of myself that need more understanding.

Reading- I’ve joined the library again which has been great because I have access to books that I probably wouldn’t buy like poetry books so I can expand my choices.

My home - It’s coming up to being in my new place for a year and I am still so happy here and feel so safe and secure as soon as I walk through the door.

I love reading others’ lists because it reminds me of things I may have forgotten. BIRDS ALWAYS! Yes! The herons are back. The bald eagles and hawks will start flying over the house again. The crows greet me and the cats every morning.

I am so happy you feel so safe in your home. That’s amazing. It’s such an awesome feeling being HOME, not just housed. (Being housed is of course priceless but that feeling of being home is so special.)

Thank you for sharing 💜
