I love this post and feel a bit like you cracked my brain open and peered inside! I'm always trying new journaling strategies and often get frustrated with myself for not following through. I've worked hard to find a system that works for me even if it's not perfect or I don't complete it with fidelity. Here's to 2025 journaling adventures!
I love your plans for your journaling next year and feel honored that you will be working with my journal for the third year!!! I started this year trying to do too many journals and I am also simplifying my stack for next year ..but it's still a stack lol. Thank you for sharing and for the shout out!!
2024 was my year of the Hermit which sums up my year. It has been a year of solitude as it has been the first full year since my children have both left home, it has also been a year of spiritual contemplation with some interesting changes.
I used to have a journal for my daily tarot pulls and then one for full and new moon spreads and astrology spreads but at some point this year I stopped all of them. I’m not sure that I’ll start them back up again…
Next year will be my Wheel of Fortune year and to start it turning in the right direction I really need to start breaking some bad habits (more exercise, healthy food and less wine) so hopefully it will be a year of positivity and interesting opportunities.
Here’s to a year of being on the upturn into abundance, joy, good health, and fulfillment 🥂 I’love be curious if the collective hermit year will feel especially poignant after your personal hermit year. Thank you for sharing 💜
I know we DM'd about this, but in case others are also wanting the answer, I'm going to share it here.
I calculated my tarot year by adding the month and day of my birthday and added it to 2025. 1+1+2+0+2+0+2+5 = 13. If you get higher than 21, you can add up those numbers IE: 36 3+6 = 9 to figure out your number. The number will correspond with a major arcana card in the tarot.
My number is 13. This year has been 12, the hanged one, and I have had a lot of changes, but everything has felt stifled and thwarted. Death as change implies more movement than stagnancy so while I prepare for change, I am also preparing for forward moment.
